Intramurals is one of the most exciting events in every school year. It’s a time when students come together to celebrate school spirit, sportsmanship, and talent. This year’s intramurals was no different—it was full of energy, fun, and memorable moments. From the opening parade, to the dancesports competition, to the intense basketball games, each day brought something new to enjoy.

On the first day, we got to watch the parade where the athletes and coaches proudly marched around the school. It was fun seeing everyone in uniform, smiling and waving, ready to represent their teams. After the parade, they all gathered in the gym for the opening ceremony. There was the lighting of the torch, the search for Mr. and Ms. Intramurals also happened; of course, and a few performances that really set the mood for the week.

Later that morning, we caught the Q&A portion of the Mr. and Ms. Intramurals 2025. We didn’t see the whole event, but we were lucky enough to witness the winning answer of Ms. Intramurals. It was inspiring and gave us something to remember from that part of the program.

In the afternoon, we returned to the gym to watch the dance sports competition. I’ve always enjoyed watching dance sports—the energy, the music, and the way the dancers move so gracefully. You could really feel the vibe. On the second day, September 5, we got to watch the basketball game during our ICT time. The moment we entered the gym, we could already feel the excitement. The game was intense, and the crowd was loud and energetic. We picked a team to support and cheered them on the whole time.

At first, the team we were cheering for was losing. Their opponents were strong and aggressive; they were clearly determined to win. But our team didn’t give up. They stayed calm and worked together, which showed teamwork. In the end, they made a comeback and won. Watching that happen taught me a simple but powerful lesson: with discipline, focus, and teamwork, anything is possible.

This year’s intramurals was just as fun and exciting as everyone hoped it would be. Every day had something to look forward to. The energy, the teamwork, and the school spirit were unforgettable. I really enjoyed cheering on my classmates, learning new things, and making memories with friends. It was an experience that brought everyone closer together, a celebration of talent, unity, and pride—an event I’ll always look forward to.
